The Experience - Day by Day
Day 1 – Benvenuti in Sicily
We’ll meet you at Catania Airport or Taormina Train Station and whisk you away to your accommodation — no stress, no car hire, no wrong turns.
Today is about landing softly. Settle in, soak up the atmosphere, and ease into Sicilian life.
If you feel like stretching your legs, an evening transfer to Taormina can be arranged for a wander, aperitivo, or sunset views.

Vibe: Arrive, exhale, eat well
Day 2 – Olive Picking at Mastrissa
This is where the magic begins.
Today you’ll head out among the olive trees and pick olives the traditional way, just as Sicilian families have done for generations. It’s hands-on, satisfying, and surprisingly fun — with plenty of breaks, stories, and laughter along the way.
And of course, no Sicilian workday ends without a long table and good food.

Day 3 – From Olives to Oil in Francavilla
Follow yesterday’s harvest as it becomes liquid gold.
You’ll visit a local olive mill and see exactly how olives are transformed into fresh extra virgin olive oil — from washing and pressing to that unforgettable first taste.
Lunch is at a local Sicilian trattoria, where simple food and excellent ingredients do all the talking.

Day 4 – Godfather Day Tour
Visit the famous Castello degli Schiavi, Forza D’Agro and Savoca – tour the castle and two stunningly beautiful Sicilian villages that were part of the Godfather movies.
In the evening, we’ll take you into Taormina for dinner at your leisure — choose your restaurant, linger as long as you like, and soak up the atmosphere.
Meals: Breakfast & lunch provided
Inclusions: Entry to Castello and tour of the castle, private transport and driver for the day
Dinner: At own cost in Taormina (transport included)
Vibe: Flexible, scenic, indulgent
Day 5 – Arrivederci (for now)
After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Catania Airport or the train station.
You'll be relaxed, well-fed, and possibly planning your return to Sicily already.
